I’m Quinn.

I moved to Japan without a clear path, started out in language school, went through university here, and eventually landed my first role as a recruiter.

Now I work in talent acquisition at a Japanese startup, helping hire both local and international candidates. I write about how working in Japan actually works, and I built a tool to help you find jobs you can realistically apply to.
